What is 3D Printing?

Also known as 3D printer printing in our country, the first use should be started in the past. 3D printing technologies that coincide with the 80’s are the transformation of 3D modeling designs into a concrete object in the computer environment. Objects that can not be produced by traditional methods today can easily be produced thanks to 3d printing technology.

How 3D Printers Work?

First, objects to be 3D output are modeled in 3d design programs or three dimensional designs are prepared through 3d scanning systems. The completed model is converted to .stl format. Continued three-dimensional printing process is passed. Lastly, 3D printers heat and liquefy thermoplastic polymer materials such as PLA and ABS. The printer sprays the caps on these plates in the form of liquid layers. Thus, the sizing process begins. Products made through 3d printers in 3D printing service may contain some mistakes compared to products produced with traditional technologies in terms of detailed view. As a result, the 3d printing process is completed by cleaning and optimizing the final stage of the 3d printing service.

What can be done using 3D printing technologies?

Many products such as functional prototypes, end user products and conceptual models with 3D printing technologies can now be produced with zero defects.

  • Plastic parts of the automotive industry.
  • Large volumes of white goods.
  • The weapon systems used in the defense industry.
  • Prototypes with large dimensions.
  • 3D output required in medical sector

3D printing technology is used in a wide range of production, including those listed above.

What are we doing?

We offer 3d printing service at Novatek3D Technologies, our Ankara 3D printing center which is among the 3d printing companies. We combine our experience with FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology to bring the model to the desired size, quality and durability. We manufacture advanced technological products using various techniques such as plastic melting and sterolitography. Without the three-dimensional printing method, it can be done within hours by using the methods of the used 3d printers, while the models being tried to be produced can be scaled for days. We also divide the models we create during three-dimensional printing into layers in the slicing software, adding the material occupancy ratio to the account. We then run each layer on a separate 3d printer, and print errors and time costs are minimized.
